200 ml melted butter
25 ml vegetable oil.

It’s an art to make the dough with that long rolling pin, I know I will never do this, too time consuming, but I watched the entire video. You are great. The fact that you keep your sleeves down to your wrists shows you are Muslim, I would get my sleeves all dirty but you are amazing. Nice sweet pan cake. I will never be capable of making thank you.
