And Artest didn't even go after the right guy at The Palace. Imagine being that poor SOB. Not be guilty and have Artest charging at you. I would have crapped my pants.
  • @jeffm9770
Cross checking an official and only getting 10 games? That's like getting a speeding ticket for vehicular manslaughter

I watched that PPV Tyson v. Holyfield fight with my grandpa.... When Tyson spit the ear out I will never forget his words... "What the hell was that?" RIP grandpa.
  • @matthewbaduria
It's gotta be The Malice At The Palace, it was one of the most disrespectful moments in sports.
  • @mattpaul5441
As a die-hard cleveland Browns fan. I'm a little surprised, Myles Garrett hitting Mason Rudolph didn't make this list
  • @MrSmokinjoe1010
You guys forgot the hockey game hit of the Detroit Red Wings and the Colorado Avalanche when Lemieux hit Draper. That hit sparked a year long fuse leading to the Brawl in Hockeytown.
  • @MrGUnit27
You guys should do a list of the worst team owners in sports history. Number 1 has to be a toss up between Dan Snyder and Donald Sterling
  • @Thelodis
Taking a dive is disrespectful, and you see it in every single soccer game.
  • Balotelli actually thought he was offside. He heard the whistle from the crowd, and took it for the official one. He shows it to the coach while being subbed.

As a Norwegian born in Chile I remember hearing a lot about the world cup in where the Chilean team were losing, so they staged an "accident" in where some someone in the audience would launch fireworks close to the the Chilean keeper while the keeper then did lie down on the ground cutting himself with a blade, I am proud of my nation of birth, but that has to be the absolutely worst and most dishonorable act in sports
  • Vince Carter dunking over that big man shouldn't b on this list. I don't consider that disrespectful its part of the game
  • @Eddieavina123
Love your video, WatchMojo, and keep up the great work you are awesome

There is nothing scummier than purposefully going out of your way to injure your opponent. You aren't an athlete at that point, you're nothing but a thug, and you deserve to go to prison for assault.
  • @mariolouis8234
The Mario Balotelli incident was bad, but I feel we're missed a few worse moments in soccer. Two that come to mind were Roy Keane deliberately injuring Haaland, Paulo Di Canio pushing referee and Austria vs Germany in 1982 all spring to mind.
  • Hitting, punching, kicking, headbutts, even biting .. it can all be considered poor sportsmanship and fines and suspensions are a part of those. But any "athlete" that chooses to spit at someone else should be kicked out of the league, fined, and slapped by his/her own mother in public. That's beyond gross and disrespectful.
  • @mike91mdk45
Disrespectful? That ear chomp was downright cannibalistic. Tyson warned him about those headbutts though
  • Mike Tyson biting off a man's ear will go down in history as the worst moment in boxing. 🎉
