I think it's funny how Skar King's only contribution is being the brains of the operation while Shimo does 90% of the heavy lifting. Every other clip of the film is just him getting ragdolled by Kong.

The director explained that the movies don't need a post credit scenes, he just wants to make a self-contained movie that has a beginning, middle and end.

He's a threat the same way Hitler was. I'm sure there are plenty of people that can beat Hitler in a 1v1 fight. He's dangerous because of his ideology and military might.

This seems more and more silly, like professional wrestling or basically a computer game. By moving that fast the monsters must generate a vast amount of wind, destroying any buildings next to them.

I have been, am currently, and always will be #TeamKong! King Kong was either the first or 2nd monster movie I ever saw. Both King Kong and Frankenstein were playing on either AMC or TCM back to back. Though I can't remember which film was the 1st one that played that day. Whichever it may be, King Kong was obviously iconic for a reason. Don't get me wrong, I love Godzilla too. I just love Kong more.
