  • Remember that "Fifth Avenue" comment ? Seems to work everywhere.
  • @TheNixzilla
Most of these comments let me know that the avg person has no fucking idea who caused what during their presidency.
  • @Bluesit32
Hah! Last I checked, these occurred prior to being president.
  • @GoUtes92
Didn't the court already explain what the extent of his immunity is? Lol. I'm pretty sure the New York case doesn't qualify. He wasn't president at the time.
  • @bloodbp
the hush money payments happened before he was elected. how will they argue he had immunity back then?
  • @richdobbs6595
This sounds like a case of correlation is not causation. You didn't share the the details of the motion. Is it even related to the immunity ruling?
  • @melendjam
If the President has the ability to pardon clearly he is above the law. If the President has the authority to authorize clandestine operations, he is clearly above the law. What's BS is when you have Judges that know better bending the rules to their liking.
  • @4125131236323
is he trying to claim that his coverup payments to a porn star and his attempt to cover up those payments when he was NOT president is somehow an "official presidential act?"?
  • Kangaroo ruling from kangaroo judge in kangaroo court is meaningless.
  • @mountbara
Acting like the appeal was not already in the works is disengeuous.
  • The president can pardon, so what would stop a president from pardoning himself going out the door? Without presidential immunity he would have to that.

a bribe is a bribe is a bribe is a bribe is a bribe....I felt good typing that...
  • They better not stand for it this trial is over he gets what he deservrs.
