I'd rather suffocate than cough during a performance
  • @lowwiss1466
imagine being the guy in the audience that needed to cough

Every press of a key is so soft, so precise, and so bloody magical I can’t-
  • Chopin must have really experienced so many emotions in his life. His songs just make my heart ache

The "ahhh" after he announced that he's about to play Chopin Nocturne speaks for itself.

Chopin is probably the best thing that happened to music ever

I am so impressed by the musical passion and quality of Jan Lisiecki's music. He is so polite and humble! I have great sympathy for him. He is a dear and smart boy. I am 62 years old. Thank you Jan!

THAT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. Chopin would be so happy seeing someone play his song with that perfection and emotion.

I know I'm supposed to be paying attention to the music, but I keep getting distracted by how handsome he is
  • Theres something about Chopin's music that hits you differently from other composers.

This is Chopin's best performance, no one can ever surpass him. I'm 100% sure of that. Chopin created this music for him. Just wonderful. Finally I found the best performance.
  • Never heard something like this before. I think this is the way Chopin intended. So deeply anguished, so painful.

Jan Lisiecki is a genius on the scale of Christian Zimmerman. Your performance is the best ever. Simply a masterpiece of the world.

Lisiecky's interpretations are tenderness to my ears, Joy to my heart and never-before-known interpretive capacity to my brain. Thank you very much for these moments of happiness.
