hey kristina can u do a vid highlighting pointers to use or rules to follow in the event u had to compensate a customer for a hurt cake on arrival or a spoilt cake and how long u should give to return a spoilt cake in order for the customer to be compensated the full amount btw love your videos and keep it the good work thanks
