I told myself I wouldn’t buy in to the Expansion until this hit. It’s about time Nintendo. Once you master the controls, this game is so great. The music cannot be replicated and represents the best of 90’s nostalgia, for me personally. If only we could get a new entry in the series…. Maybe someday!

I am glad they haven't forgot about this franchise. I think it needs to be revived for modern audiences. Plus, the water physics have always been something Nintendo's prideful about.

Absolutely flawless water physics stuff here. The Jetski feels SO good in this game. This is probably the best water based game I have every played... Why don't they make games like this anymore?

Such a classic. When I was 11 I spent so much time messing around exploring every square inch of this game. Water effects were ahead of their time

It's honestly been really cool just getting new official trailers for N64 games in 2022. Taking the time to shine the spotlight on older games that may not have always been the most well known on their respective consoles as if they're a big new release every month shows a lot of respect for these titles.

Finally this classic masterpiece is on the Switch! The water physics were mindblowing at the time and the gameplay is timeless!

I love that the "August 19" has the same look as the original game font. Great detail. I'm still hoping Nintendo makes a new Wave Race one of these days. One can dream...

This is literally the one game that will convince me to get the expansion pack... Damn you Nintendo!!! So many memories of playing this with my dad and sister....

Absolutely loved this game when I was a kid, between this and Mario Kart the analogue stick got absolutely destroyed

YES! They remembered! One of my most played racing games way back when, and I still listen to the soundtrack to this day. Very underrated!

bro this music is so nostalgic, i am not even a race game fan but i was addicted to this when i was sooooo young, seeing they had this on expansion pass confirmed my buy lol
