I'd fb marketplace all the furniture. People buy them to redo all the time. You can disinfect all that furniture. In my FB I even said pulled from a storage unit may have animal wear and took pics before I wiped it off just so they know. OMG the way he jumped. I love Kayla!

My kids are in their 40's and they would know all of those records. I think it just depended on what your parents listened to or if they were into music at all. We always had tapes (I'm dating myself) playing in the house and in the car. You have some great records there!!!

Hopefully you kept the hutch to resell. Good pieces of furniture are hard to find. Same can be said of the dresser. Did you ever find out if the motor and frame of the bed were worth anything?
