    Finally a way I can move on from a traumatic past without taking a handful of pills or drink so much I pass out... I don’t have to fake it to make it with the tools Jason describes in this meditative journey. For once in over 17 years... I feel kind of... free.
  • 16th night! And what a beautiful day it’s as been, just chilling out with a book in the garden and then dancing and singing whilst emptying my room ready for washing the walls and the ceiling ready for painting, throwing old stuff out, ready for new items to take their place, a new paintings ( drawn and painted by myself) new carpet and new bed! So much fun doing this day by day! I look forward to the following morning with anticipation, and wonder. Goodnight everyone sleep well tonight! I never thought my life would be anything but darkness and sadness! How wrong I was..!!!!

    Second night, today i felt more free, relaxed and just simply more myself. Im also in the processes of getting sober for the first time in 2 years. This seemed to have helped even after one night. I can't wait too see how tomorrow goes and the days to come. Thank you jason.

    I’ve been listening to this for a week now and already, I’ve let go of so many things. I even lowered my antidepressant and I feel so much better. To top that, I’ve lost almost 10 pounds in the last week! Which of course, I needed to. I am so thankful for you Jason. I can’t thank you enough

    This is my 3rd night, I haven't made it past the 1st 7 minutes yet! Lol! Have listened to so many of these that all I have to do is hear Jason Stephenson's voice and boom I'm out.   • 15th nights in a row! I am pretty proud of myself! I know it’s silly but normally I don’t last this long on a certain topic, but this meditation as really helped me reconnect with my inner self, I’ve really enjoyed the experience of new beginnings and experiences, I have never been able to enjoy before. I feel really blessed to be able to experience these beautiful moments of life!

I have been studying for most of my life, been a part of and studied many healing modalities and meditated with great teachers (including 3 days with the Dalai Lama) I sometimes in my life have gone through years of MDD and after severe illness, homelessness and seversl years of severe depression, I have been attempting to retrain my brain to move to the other side of it all... in my search, I found you. What a gift you have been to me. I walked, I prayed, I sang, I meditated, I chanted; I no longer wake up in a dark panic that stays with me all day; or ruminate continually with no space for joy.   • 17th night experiences are unbelievably amazing today, I’ve not stopped working on my room for the full day! only to stop a few minutes ago just realising I need sleep. creativity is amazingly powerful, but once it gets started, it’s hard to stop it, just enough for sleep, ( not an easy thing to do!).
