I remember that dark day. I went to another country to collect money for the surgery. Before I got there, my employer quit. I was looking for a new job to be able to return to the country. That day my glasses broke without which I can hardly see anything, when I reached for the phone, I saw the news about Chester. It broke me more than my fate. I was on the hour-long bus, absent. I remember saying "he's just a singer". For me, it was someone close to me, someone, who saved me from suicide many times. I made a promise to myself then that I would never do it. That I will be strong, that I will do it for the LP. It helps to this day. #MakeChesterProud

One More Light is the perfect album for coming to a full circle in their career. From angsty teens to responsible parents that still carry the inter-generational trauma (from Numb to Invisible), from In The End (nothing matters!) to One More Light (you matter!). I hope everyone got that message of their career.

Hi Chester. I'm growing older and things are getting more and more complicated. But I still have you. I think about you fondly. And you're saving me when I'm feeling down or lost. Breaks my heart that you're still saving all of us everyday, but with the cost of not saving yourself. We all miss you here.

2024 is approaching but until now everything is still heavy!

Listening feeling depressed this is my only comfort is music while I'm battling cancer at the moment 😷😭

Growing up with divorced parents, one father is a murderer, the other is a psychopath, questioning my own purpose or reason for being here, mother is set to drink herself to death, friends are all gone. Either betrayed or moved away. Sometimes life really doesn't seem like it's worth it. One slap in the face after another. But finding Linkin Park in Jr high turned all that around. Hybrid Theory and Metorea saved my life.....really REALLY wish I could have givin that back to you Chester. You saved my life. Wish we could have saved yours. Love you guys
