In this video, I go over 6 things that women notice first in a man and find attractive. While you absolutely should not be living your life to please others, it's nice to know you're putting your best foot forward. First impressions are important, especially when it comes to initial attraction.

8 Most Influential Factors of Your Life 1. Your self talk 2. Your self worth 3. Your habits 4. Your family 5. What you read 6. What you eat 7. Your beliefs 8. Who you associate with
  • I cannot dispute anything Courtney said, but if you do all these things for yourself instead of attention, then your stress levels might plummet.
  • I think as men, we make things too complicated...we think or are told if we do "A through Z", then that certain woman of your dreams is going to like you, normally it doesn't work that way. Bottom line, love yourself first, then look for a relationship if that's your desire. If you're waiting for someone else to make you happy that will never work. Plus you're missing out on the true journey of life, self-discovery. In addition, take care of yourself, workout, eat healthy, take pride in your grooming habits, dress and look the best you can. Have some fun hobbies and enjoy life. Stop stressing over needing a woman/relationship. When you do the above, your light will shine bright, and you won't need to chase anyone, they will be chasing you!!! Best of luck gentlemen!!!

Personality: I pointed out to my son when growing up that charm will get you much further than trying to bulldoze your way through. "Get them on your side" by being friendly, smile, eye contact, and witty. He was deep into baseball and saw this with his various coaches over the years. You might not win the first conflict, but you're more likely to win the majority of them later on.

I think it’s important to know which traits or characteristics that a person possess most strongly, to know which they need to work on. Self awareness is key.

This lady is so cool. I enjoy her perceptions, insights. A woman of greater vision. EXTREMELY rare.

For men who aren't funny and worrying about that negatively effecting your dating–don't stress about it! I'm an energetic introverted woman, and being funny is not something I need or look for in a guy. So, not every woman is looking for a funny guy to make them laugh, there are different people out there for everyone.

Thank you for bringing up the like and literally! I just mentioned that in the previous video. I’m glad someone else notices it. Hearing people say that “ men and women “ all the time drives me nuts! Thank you!
  • I don’t know what problems others have with this, but your voice is very soft and sweet. My thanks to you for presenting content in a pleasant but honest way.

Hey Courtney, I just wanted to say that your elegance and the way you speak is what keeps people coming back to you. You have insightful well thought out videos. Thank you

If you ask girls what they want in a guy, whatever they say is the exact opposite of what they actually want.

For style, find what you like and makes you comfortable. Then, all you need to do is tailor in micro-adjustments, such as fit, wash, or V-Neck/Crew. Also, don't change JUST for dating and be the best version of yourself for YOU. I promise the right one will fall into place eventually.

People of class are usually attracted to the same type of person, so if we want a classy mate, then first we have to become a classy mate. It's pretty simple really. Courtney, your videos have been really beneficial to me, as I am sure they have been to others. Thanks.

Your WALK says so much about you! I think it's a very simple thing that everyone can work on right now to get people to give a great pre-impression of you. If you walk with your shoulders back, not in a hurry but still like you've got a purpose, and most importantly LOOKING AT THE WORLD (not down at the ground), it can immediately give you an aura of confidence before people even meet you.
  • Awesome vid. And most people would be surprised what they have to work with. I was chubby, buzz cut, no muscle, poor style, etc. and I lost 60lbs, got really muscular, grew my hair out and styled it, and payed for a style consultation and changed my whole wardrobe. I went from being below average, to having women make positive comments about me everywhere I go. Feels like an alternate universe.

For style it doesn't matter what your sense of style is as much as actually having one and paying attention to fit. You're also not limited to just one type of style either so it can be a fun way to give voice to facets of your personality e.g. friends have complimented how I look both in a blazer/sport coat and a black leather jacket (with one best friend saying it looked natural on me).

I agree on most things you mentioned. You gave us, men, tools and what we do with those tools are up to us, so if many men are throwing those tools away, well, they’re just hurting themselves and that’s the reason they continue to struggle because they don’t have an open mind. 💯 I’ve applied many things that you mention in your videos and I can say that my game has only become stronger and have been getting positive reactions from different women, so from hundreds of guys who complain, I’m one of those few who, Thanks you.

Courtney, I'll be honest... Lately I've been falling asleep to your videos without paying attention because your voice is so soothing.
