  • Just jumped off a video that was terrible. Here the presenter gets right to the point. Very simple, no preaching, no losing track of where he was going like the last video I started but quit.

Great video! Fixed a lot of my problems all in this one video. I never understood in the back of the receiver where it says the right side and left side. Because the components are right behind the receiver so when it says right-to-left I don't understand what it's telling me and where does right begin or left 🤷‍♂️

I like how you explain each step. It is real.
  • Thank you for the content. well executed! . I appreciate the time you put into this 😁🤙
  • What a very great tutorial. Excellent detailed advice that I did find very helpful. Thank you. Just a note, the work you were doing on stripping the wire, I find the better way is to use a lighter to heat/burn the part of the insulation you want to strip off, then simply blow on it then while it's warm, pull that piece off with your fingers or a pliers. Takes 4 seconds. Way faster and no need to purchase a wire stripper.
  • Great, thank you, now, my new receiver is 5.1 and my previous receiver is 7.1 I don't want to loose the height speakers. I'm going to try this way hooking them to my Audio Source 10 (220watt)sub. I do hope this works, thanks again.

Hello, could I use the 2 subwoofer pre-out to run some front speakers and also surround sperakers through a power amp, or are those pre-outs specific to sub woofer only? The recievers with more pre outs are getting hard to find in my area and are pretty high dollar.

Hi. I have the Onkyo tx-sr444 and I’m unable to find an Onkyo subwoofer for it. Can I use any other brands wired subwoofer with it? If yes, what should I take in consideration when choosing one? I will appreciate your advice because I don’t know much about Sound Systems.

Can anyone help! Pulling my hair out! I have a pioneer sc lx av revciver which doesn't seem to send a signal to my sub (I've plugged the sub into the other channels and it plays like a speaker with vocal so sounds terrible) but just doesn't work on subwoofer. Played with the settings and changed speakers to small but it then doesn't display subwoofer settings. I changed them back to small and I can then turn the subwoofer to "on" and I also tried "plus" mode but nothing. Tried it in direct mode, advanced surround and all the other modes. I don't know what else I can try. Appreciate any help!
  • Hi, I have an Onkyo TX-RZ840 and that I've just bought and I want to connect to my external amplifier Marantz MM7055 5 channels. I tried to activate the pre-amps on my receiver, but it's not working, I mean, there are no additional amplification and also I lost my center channel

  • So I have this same subwoofer Klipsch R-12SW and I buy speakers Argon Audio Fenris A4. Subwoofer have LFE Input and speakers have only 2x rca output. So I can use cable type Y? Cable with 2x Rca to 2x Rca speakers output and 1x rca to LFE subwoofer input?
  • @toner37
