Kamala Harris responds to protesters by saying 'now is the time' for Israel-Hamas ceasefire

Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate Tim Walz held a rally in front of a sold-out crowd in Arizona on Friday as part of their tour of electoral battlegrounds.

About five minutes into her speech, Harris had to quiet down pro-Palestinian protestors in the crowd.

"I have been clear, now is the time to get a ceasefire deal and get the hostage deal done," Harris said. "The president and I are working around the clock to get that ceasefire done and bring the hostages home. I respect your voices, but we are here to talk about this race in 2024."
