I'd love to be able to store my spices in my kitchen. However, my cupboards are so hot that they dry out in a week and lose their lose effectiveness. Instead, I store all my spices in the door of the refrigerator freezer. They last forever and I only have to use half of what the recipe calls for since spices increase in potency when refrigerated. I hope this information is useful for you.

Have found the empty creamer bottle is the perfect size for transferring water to the Keurig machine. It fills exactly to the line and is easy to handle for someone with limited dexterity.

I’m 71 and came up with many of these hacks long ago so it was fun to see here. It really is about “looking outside the box”. Thank you for sharing.
  • I’m glad that I’m already doing one of the hacks, a mailbox I turned into holding gloves and gardening tools. I placed it in my pond garden, painted and morning glory vines are making it beautiful!
  • I've watched a couple of your videos and I really like the ideas. If I were younger and had not become semi disabled I'd have my tools and 'stuff' out and I'd be up to my elbows in a couple of the projects. And great ideas never fade away. I'm almost 80 but a couple of things I did in my 20s you've put on your videos. I love all of it. TFS, most of my tools were presents from my husband for my B'days or anniversaries. True love

I've been storing my sheet sets in one of the matching pillowcases since I was a young bride in the 70's. It just seemed logical. I loved the wine rack as a towel holder, the decorative handles to hang towels, and the ceiling storage ideas.

SPICE RACK idea. A few years back, Keurig coffee makers were really the "it" gift. We no longer use one but I still have the under machine single use pod drawer my son gifted to me. I have placed the drawer under my current drip coffee maker. It doesn't take up any extra counter space and my most used spices are handy inside the drawer.
  • WOW! A plethora of excellent, ingenious AND attractive ways to not only organize your 'stuff' better, but to recycle, repurpose and reuse all at the same time!

Ice cube trays, shoe storage bags, insert sheets into pillow cases to store together flat. I love these ideas, thank you.

I have a TINY kitchen, Love the idea of decorative handles to hang a towel on.

Aww the best part of this video is the cute sweet dog. ❤️🐾
  • Storing cords up under the desk also keeps them from getting dusty like they would along the floor. If you put an anti static clothes dryer sheet behind your PC or TV, you eliminate dust on back of electronics.
  • I'm going to use the pipe cleaners on hangers to keep shirts from sliding off; the curtain rods to keep my scarfs, belts and flip-flops organized; buying a Q-tip dispenser; buying a pretty hanging file holder to hold my hair dryer; and buying a pan organizer. Love it! Thank you for such great ideas!
  • My husband dowel rod across table area where I wrap gifts where I then hung my ribbons for easy wrapping. Love it

Got a free mailbox today on FB Marketplace, going to keep the 3 garden tools I've left sitting out year round on my back step in them, thank you! Very clever.

I liked the wine rack for the towels,....that looked nice & fancy.

Wow! Crown molding for a shoe rack. My mind is blown. I loved all of the ideas. Thank you for sharing.

The pots and pans take up even more space if you separate them. Hanging them is always the best option if you can.
  • @misspoint_2501
The wine box idea for shoes is great and the shower rings for scarfs

What a great idea to paint a mailbox cutely and use it for storage in the garden! PVC towel drying rack = super. - W
