The real reason the movie took so long was because Scott was waiting for MatPat to release his theory on the film.

It is so wild hearing MatPat explain a FNAF thing to an audience that isn’t saturated by the franchise. He stopped to clarify who Baby is!

The fact that this wasn't written by mat really goes to show the talent of the theorist team!

Now knowing that Mat knew the entire script and this video was made by another scipt writer in the team, shows you that Mat was really playing the long game with his cameo because this convinced me that he didnt have a cameo😂

MatPat, I just got back from the movie. When you showed up, everyone began to cheer LOUDLY. We quieted down in time to hear you say “it’s just a theory,” and the cheering began again. I have zero clue what you said, but we were all so excited to see you on screen. Congratulations, MatPat! Your presence made a room full of nerds cheer!

You can always count on Matpat to figure out the entire lore and plot of something before it’s even close to coming out edit: this aged very poorly

Matpat was actually in the movie where those criminals are disscusing how to get mike fired at a restaraunt the say they aren’t hungry and matpat says, “you know lunch is the most important meal of the day” and then says “but that’s just a theory”

FNAF is what got me in to MatPat and the Theorist channels, so seeing him show up in the movie was amazing.

I am SO GLAD he mentioned "Time Traveling" when Abby sunk into the ball pit, because she might ACTUALLY time travel to Freddy Fazbear's 1985 like how Oswald did in the fnaf book, "Into the Pit". I've been going CRAZY over that scene in the trailer lol

When this video first dropped I was skeptical as a Nebraska native that Mike’s dream was to end up in Nebraska. But as the location of the trauma that changed his life? Makes much more sense.
