You're laughing. He's sleeping in a cardboard box, and you're laughing
  • So many of Tally Hall's songs have comments about the deeper meaning, and this one's just like "I've been spending every dollar on the cardbourguoise"

Fun fact! This song has a reference to Tally Hall's "Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum" album. At 0:12, the lyrics go as follows: "Mmmmmmmmmmm". This is actually the abbreviation of the aforementioned album, being "MMMM". You learn something new everyday!

When Joe Hawley said “I like to take advantage of my Dragon Ball Z” I shed a tear, so relatable. 😢
  • song: I've been training like a pavlov dog my brain: I've been training like a CARDBOARD BOX
  • What kind of woman wouldn’t want an alcoholic homeless man to court them?

Tally Hall is like water, they can shape their songs into infinite styles and you wouldnt realize till you look who made the song

I just showed my dad this song for the first time, and I think it's safe to say I won the day when my dad said he really likes Tally Hall. he was smiling the whole way through and said it has a bit of a Weezer feel and that It's unique. Thank you, Tally Hall!
  • Ive never known nor heard a band that can harmonize so well.
  • It sounds like he's doing a Beatle impression when he says "bourgeoisie"
  • types of comments: • bees • variations of "I've been sleeping in a cardboard box " •tally hall is great

I love that Good Day is just jumbled unfinished thoughts and this has so many references it has fried my brain for example if you listen closely after he says “I’ve been training like a Pavlov dog” a bell rings. Pavlov was a famous psychologist who helped create the basis for modern psychology and one of his most famous experiments involved him ringing a bell when he put down food for dogs which eventually led to the dogs salivating when the bell was rung regardless of wether he’d put food down or not.
  • As someone who discovered Chonny Jash before Tally Hall, I’m so happy I get to experience these with a new perspective. I’m glad I get to enjoy the best of both worlds. Tally Hall and Chonny Jash for life man
