Fun fact: if you take the tornado from mount chiliad into LS customs, put tracker and insurance on it, you can actually take it into your avenger vehicle workshop and customise it fully (but you must take it to LS customs first)

The lost slamvan is the rarest vehicle. You have to win it from mystery on the lucky wheel, and even if you were to get mystery every single time, you still have around a 1 in 20,000 chance of getting it.

That thing about being in the car itself means you'll see more of it is a real life phenomenon I experience.

The Phoenix is a pretty common spawn for me, i find them in traffic a lot.

A little known fact. The Dock Handler, was one of the most bullet proof of the cars before it was patched some 5-6 years ago. You would have to call a mugger to pull a person out of them, trying to blow them up took to much explosives.

Not sure, if the Phoenix is THAT rare, since it does spawn in the streets and sometimes happens to be on the Import/Export list of Sesanta (the list, that you can actually fully complete, unlike Simeon's Import/Export list, where he accepts only one of those cars). I mean I've encountered the Phoenix multiple times while it was on the list, but it also seems to spawn alongside its cousin, the Ruiner (one of the most common cars in GTA O).

I really like the idea of rare vehicles that you can either only find on the streets or cars with rare modifications that you can only find on the streets, I wish rockstar would do more of them.

"If you're in the car you're looking for more of them will spawn" All games are limited in resources, one of the tricks GTA uses to save on video memory is only spawning a certain number of types of vehicles. It can then load multiple of that asset without having to have it stored in memory multiple times, thereby making a more populated world without over taxing your computer.

Mentionning the Pheonix hits different. I remember in 2013, hunting and upgrading them with my friend. OG vehicles just has special places in our hearts, nowaday.

pink limo spawns at night between 9 pm and 4 am in game there. upgraded ruiners spawn in 2 different color schemes. pheonix spawns a lot down on the docks, just drive any muscle car. the rusty tractor can be found spawning at the lighthouse in the northeast, but it can't be saved.

The fact that the rusty tractor is the most rare in the entire game is still crazy to me. In single player the tractor spawns

I found the ruiner in that spot that was modded but the bottom color is a blue that you can't put on yourself in the body shop. It had a different wing on the back too. Very slick. I've also found 2 Phoenix's and one is an almost lime green but not exactly like the one in the game. Very cool. Thanks for the vids

Another interesting thing about the Lifeguard is that if you change the wheels the wheel colour become Ice White wheels like the Sandking XL but the Lifeguard is even easier to spawn in than the Sandking. I already owned a Lifeguard so wasn't sure if the 'rare' one was any different apart from having a bull bar but now I see it also has secret ice white wheels once you change them to anything other than stock wheel.
