Vader didn't focus on Jar-Jar, probably didn't even care if he was there or not. And I doubt Vader just got mad at Obi Wan, he was probably furious that he had to see a time when everything was perfect. A distant memory of a time that Anakin once loved. Seeing what life was like before Vader was born.
