You know I'm all about messy fun play, but sometimes you want something quick and easy for kids under 2. This is it! Once you're done with the panting, rinse the bag, let it dry and save to use again and again. @MOTHERCOULD

  • Actually, toddlers can paint. You don't have to use a plastic bag. Let the toddler make a mess. Paint is easy to clean up, especially if it's the kids' washable paint.

It’s all fun in games until they figure out how to open the bag- Edit:OMG 227 likes 🎉❤
  • I think for most people as a kid getting paint one your hand was the fun bit, not dragging paint on a peice of paper through a plastic bag, your like discovering art by making prints of your hand from the paint onto the paper lol It's only a little paint to clean, and if your that worried about it put a towel or a small tarp down, or you could even just have them finger paint outside. Or if your kid Iikes it better through a plastic bag, cool, then do that, I'm just saying sometimes small messes are going to happen, it's apart of childhood, and over small things like this I think you should let them have a little fun. (No hate towards this video or idea, I'm just giving alternatives if they're not wanting to do this.)
  • The fun part about finger painting is laughing at the mess you made on your hands then trying to tag each other

As someone who has studied to be a caretaker and worked at a kindergarten for one year: it's actually a lot better for the child to get dirty. All of a toddler's senses play together to learn, and that includes touch, aka feeling that stuff on their skin, learning how it feels. Getting dirty is a process for them to learn about their entire surroundings. So my idea would be to dress the kids in older clothes that you're not afraid will get ruined beyond repair :) Also an older plastic table cloth to spare the furniture's life. Those can be even taped on so they don't move much. Edit: for the love of everything aplmighty, don't start this "--- likes and only --- comments" thread.
  • The entire point of sensory play is for it to be messy, that’s the fun part
  • I love how she dressed up like a kid to make the video much better
  • Are we gonna ignore the beautiful sound which is 100% related to the video-
  • Can we just appreciate her for actually wearing an princess dress?
  • The hand paint part is funner. Just get them some aprons so they don’t get paint on their clothes or get some pants and a shirt specifically for messy play so they don’t ruin good clothinf
