Leaking Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta Full Copper 400mm radiator, damaged after 1.0 bar pressure test

According to Alphacool the NexXxoS Monsta Full Copper 400mm radiator is pressure tested at the factory with 1.5 bar. And the flat brass sides are so strong that they would never deform due to pressure prior to the copper channels.

Strangely after a personal pressure test to locate an unrelated leak with only 1.0 bar one of this model's flat brass sides has become permanently convexly deformed, leading to a heavily leaking threaded port that can't be closed again even with a lot of Teflon tape around the insert. Note the top of the insert being at an angle following the convex curve of the bent side, this is not a lens artifact or due to the camera's perspective.

Funnily enough, a second unit of the same radiator model started deforming at the very same location at only around 0.5 bar.

Note: Presently, Alphacool does not honor any voluntary manufacturer warranty on its radiators and generously only adheres to mandatory local product liability laws.

The part screwed in doesnt look screwed in properly, or the defect is that it cannot be. Also, I am almost 100% EU/German law does not permit them to just say "nah, we dont do RMA in germany" unless you are suppose to get it done with the store instead.
