  • I worked at a Goodwill in North Port FL years ago. I took in donations. I threw out at least 60% of what was donated every day. You wouldn't believe the things people donated. Anything from Human ashes to IVs with blood in it, and everything in between. I never let broken items into the store. At that time we were a million dollar store. That was around 2004. I was even on the news once. They asked what would I like to tell people. I said get to know your garbage man. If you want to donate something, ask yourself would you give it to your friend, sister or anyone you know. If the answer is no then we don't want it either.
  • I had a daughter pass away, and i promised her where ever i went, i'd put a night light out so she could always find me.❤

That’s a chaste tree. I have two of them they have beautiful purple flowers. They do go dormant in the winter.

I haven’t watched your videos in months. My husband has had 3 surgeries since February, which included a big toe amputation. I have been waiting on him so when I get downtime, I usually sleep. It feels like coming home to see a friend. I so wish I could get shop done and resell myself.

I saw you show those earrings on the live-stream replay, and when you put them beside each other and said, "Don't they look like butterflies?," I said, "Yes they do." Then I realized that's because they are the Chinese moths you see so often in traditional Chinese art. If you put them together with the 'top' side of the earrings touching, you can see the antennae and body of the moth come together. They are just wonderful. Once again, you found great items, and made a fun video while you were at it! 💞💕💞

There's nothing like the smell of lilacs, my 2nd favorite bloom. First is wisteria!
  • Danni, I believe your backyard tree with purple blooms is a vitex (chaste tree) rather than a lilac. We have them in abundance in Texas. I'd rather have a lilac, but it's too warm here for them to grow well. What I grow is a Texas Mountain Laurel (sophora secundiflora), an evergreen that blooms gorgeous blue/purple flowers in spring thst smell like grape kool-aid. Not kidding. Yum!
  • Exactly, I was born and raised in Virginia (Radford) and have lived in NC for the past 30 years, "bless your heart" shows love and concern (as well as showing a diss) so Bless your heart is good too 😊❤

I look forward to your YouTube videos. For a little while they make me forget the crazy world we live in at the moment. Also, I absolutely love the cherries dish. It's perfect for serving food at a picnic, barbecue, etc. Good choice.

You have absolutely no idea how much depression glasses we found and sold in her house to a glass dealer that you know showed up at the yard sale early and then we gave her early access to come buy it. Unbelievable. Let me just say that it was truly unbelievable how much she had and how much it was worth.
  • Thanks for bringing joy to my life everyday! You are a gift to SO MANY. I so appreciate your sweet inner soul.
  • I was raised in Va. live in NC. Nothing wrong with Bless Your Heart. We say all the time. Maybe further South.
  • The square flat piece that artwork piece was worth 60 bucks you should have picked that up
  • I have been known to color when I get stressed. I have a box of 64 count crayola crayons I have used for years.
  • @dannyscandi
Silly is the best way to be. I love silly when my grandchildren tell me I’m silly. I say thank you and laugh, which makes them giggle of course. You can never feel old if you stay silly.
  • I know where the idea came from about Bless your Heart. There was/is an obnoxious real estate commercial that insinuated that it meant something like You Dumb***. I am thankful that most pay no attention to it!!! I love it and use it regularly here in Texas!!!
  • The pig in pajamas bank was so adorable!! I would have totally bought and kept for myself!
  • Yes, we were sending vibes about those candlesticks being orange tag 🤣
