  • Hallo Mate, I have the 34UC98 I have the same issue the display is almost a year old but I have this problem since almost the beginning, I thought that my graphic card was some damaged, so I changed to a gtx1080 and the same error, now I called with them showed them via whatsapp the problem with a video, they say its my fault I used the monitor in a wrong way although I didnt and how can I as a customer use a display in a wrong way ???? All I can say they dont want to replace my monitor. I will never buy a display from them anymore I payed almost 1000€ for this display to get the best possible quality for then next years and now I am so disapointed only. Can you say me if you have got a new monitor from them ? I will do also youtube video I get fucked up with this expensive display with such failure which is not my fault as they say.
