Webull's new "Plans" feature is SO promising, but unfortunately it's not ready yet. This video is about why the service has amazing potential to help streamline the annoying process of setting and reaching mid-to-long term goals, but also why Webull Plans isn't the best way to do that yet.

At 10:30, what you are describing sounds somewhat like M1 Smart Transfers. It is honestly one of the best features at M1. Edit: Also you bring up some good points. None of these robo-advisors really look at your portfolio from a holistic perspective. Everything is in its own separate account for different purposes. Seems like a missed opportunity. Hopefully someone comes up with something that is able to suggest a portfolio across multiple accounts that takes all of your goals into consideration.

Just can't justify putting a large amount of money in a chineese brokerage.
