As a certified wine-drinking french girlie I find the wine display stupid because that's not an optimal method of wine conservation. Ideally a cave is the better choice but storing them in a cabinet is perfectly fine too 🙄

The biggest thing about the Frame TVs is that they aren't shiny. That matte finish both helps prevent glare on the picture and also makes it look like an actual picture.

Thank you for explaining why so many channels do "Amazon faves this month" videos and push overconsumption as a result.

I stopped buying from Amazon about two years ago and relearned that I could actually get everything I need locally and it doesn't make my life worse. I'm glad Nick spent some time chatting about how big of a grip Amazon has on our society, I think we need to be aware of our consumption and how much we are influenced to buy.

Pro tip--- Store your wine in a cool, dark place. The show-piece wine storage under lights says, "I have WAY more money than sense."

“Then we can’t be friends”. Love this episode. Because I’m older and live in a regular neighborhood, I can’t imagine people having or wanting to have that much wine. Or having food footstools. Or the bar carts in their house (we quit drinking when we children). Yes, I have my quirks like yard art, but it’s behind a fence. I think the media is responsible for most of those items. I remember certain items back over the years that were aimed at certain age groups. The expensive stereo systems that took up entire walls. I’m never impressed with what others have. I just don’t want my space to look like everyone else’s.
