The gimmick with Tediore guns is that they are so cheap that it's cheaper to throw them away and buy a new one than reloading them

    "I'm not a xenobiologist, dave!"

Fun fact about The Bane! Turning the in-game audio settings down will NOT silence it. The game has a built-in exception for audio produced by The Bane, which is always played at full volume, regardless of what the player's audio settings are.

E-Tech weapons are specifically designed, using alien technology, to drive Jonathan Ferguson, the keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries museum in the UK, insane.

I like how even though those guns are cursed, they are still somewhat brought smile to Jonathan's face. Unlike those cursed guns from previous Call of Duty video that made him instantly activated "Facepalm mode", lol.

“What damage can a Cheeseburger do?” Poor Elvis Presley noises intensify. lol

The moment I saw the opening shot I imagined Jonathan jumping from tree to tree screaming "FEAR"
  • I also like to see Jonathan react to the guns of Binary Domain, which is a cyberpunk game taking place in 2080 in Japan, and the weapons that the main character squad, the Rust crew, are equipped with are basically futurized version of modern guns. And the robots that you fight also have their own standard issue guns, there's also the underground Resistance, who built their own guns. The game was developed by the same people behind the Yakuza games. I would also like to see Jonathan take a look at the guns of Vanquish, a 3rd Person Shooter from Platinum Games, the weapons ranged from futuristic assault rifles, shotguns, LMGs and pistols to energy weapons that actually use the main character's suit energy to fire, too bad Vanquish didn't sell well enough to warrant a sequel, which is a huge shame since the ending is quite abrupt. For an April's Fools special, it would be nice to see Jonathan react to the guns of Plant vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, eventhough only the zombie characters carry guns.

Didn't expect Dave to explain Digistructing to Jonathan. I think he would enjoy taking a look at even the generic models of Jakobs, Dahl and perhaps Vladof, of Borderlands 3.

The Bane is actually an excellent weapon for getting Second Winds. You don't care about the movement speed reduction when you're already crawling on the ground dying, and this thing has insane damage. Just don't be more than 10m away from whatever killed you.

In Lore Tediore guns are so prone to exploding in the users hands that the company decided to make it the companies signature feature where instead of reloading a new mag you throw your gun like a grenade and explode in your targets face and since you digitized the gun it can respawn into your hand fully loaded and ready to fire, at some point they decided to add AI's into the gun because smart guns became a fad.

It would be cool to see Jonathan reacting to the guns of Warframe
  • @JSHADOWM
Dave's utterly defeated but certain "Johnathan's off to get his gun that shoots swords" destroyed me.
  • @AE1OU
Please Jonathan Ferguson, the keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries museum in the UK, deconstruct & analyze the weapons of METAL GEAR SOLID 3 before the remake comes out.
  • The joy of watching the insane guns from Borderlands slowly destroy Jonathan's sanity.
  • @GeneralNickles
if I'm not mistaken, the projectiles fired by Swordsplosion actually count as both projectile damage and melee damage. I'm pretty sure you can stack bonuses for both damage types with Swordsplosion. that's a big part of what makes it one of the most overpowered weapons in the game.

2:30 oh yeah, those were S&S guns, The gimmick was they had like three times the magazine size of anybody else, so those pistols had absolutely overclocked animations. Legendary Thanatos from there also had a fun glitch where when reloading the cip stayed in place, while a second clip got pulled out most of the way, and then put back in. That gun carried me through a lot of the game, so I saw that glitch a lot

"Words fail. .... What's the point?" 😂😂😂 It's always funny when Dave puts Jonathan way out of his comfort zone... 😁😁😁
