Peter Cullen was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to film and television at the 2nd Annual Children's and Family Emmys on the 17th December 2023. It took place at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. Frank Welker was the one to present it to him, just like how Peter presented him with the same award in 2016 which, unlike this ceremony, was not televised or broadcast online.

I'm literally crying from this it was pbjectivally the best awards moment in all of history and will never be topped, Peter Cullen of any actor deserved this award the most. Glad he FINALLY got what he deserved for so many years.

Two of the last remaining originals was heartbroken when Kevin Conroy died. I’m going to be devastated the day Peter Cullen passes and Frank as well of course.
