There is a Zeebo port released in 2009 of this game, but unfortunately it has been impossible to record footage of it.

The same goes for the iOS version, removed from Apple Store a while ago.

In some systems Pac-Mania has not been released as a standalone game, instead of that has been part of a bundle pack. It's in the following cases:

- PlayStation: Namco Museum Vol. 5
- Game Boy Advance: Pac-Man Collection
- PlayStation 2 / GameCube / Xbox / Windows: Namco Museum 50th Anniversary
- PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 / Windows: Pac-Man Museum

  • That massive dip in quality between the first two versions is hilarious.
  • I wrote the GBA port. It had a lot of challenges, but I was able to do it justice.
  • That Sharp X68000 dude is just not funny. Like yeah we know you can do arcade perfect, it's not a reason to throw it in our face EVERYTIME.
  • The Amiga version was one of those rare games that used overscan like the first Speedball game.
  • Pac-Mania was way ahead of its time back then.
  • Me: Mom can we have Pac-Mania Mom: No we already have Pac-Mania at home Pac-Mania at home: 4:49
  • @mwwve
1:38 oh god that’s laggy as all hell 4:42 OH GOD IT’S WORSE 4:49 AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
  • The X68000 Version is incredibly impressive for the time, at a glance it'd be easy to mistake it for the arcade version.

Suprising that this game was released on so many platforms despite being fairly complex in arcades.

The Spectrum 128K version would have been a better representation, is essentially a faster version of the Amstrad version in terms of sound as well as gfx.
  • (context-breaking so the replies are no longer relevant) In my opinion, the arcade version(s) are some of the only good versions. Many other versions are extremely lazy, especially ones that use only three ghost sprites, use Block Town music for Sandbox Land, and not to mention the downgraded Block Town music. The original arcade version will always be the best version imo, though the NES version comes right behind it.
  • Being born 79 this was my Pac jam! I think I played nearly all versions in its day:) I remember the first time I played it on the Amiga.. Blew my mind;p
  • The instruments used in the genesis version are quite a interesting choice.
  • Y'know, the NES and the Sega 16-bit should've been developed by Namco in-house...
