なとりさんは「夜」をコンセプトにした曲作るのが本当にずば抜けて上手い

Song theory: Sleepwalking is a symbol of being disconnected with oneself, or not being in control of the body. The MV takes place in a haunted hospital, so it could be that Natori is singing in the perspective of a person with a debilitating, hallucination-inducing disease, or a terminally ill man on the verge of death, seeing ghosts of those who died previously. The character in the MV looks like he's wearing pajamas, but it could also be a hospital gown. This song could also mean that the character is going by life without much thought (common for people with terminal illnesses). The “goodbye. Let’s meet again”, "no time left, me and me" lyrics add to that. Not sure what the game-like interface means, but the errors littering the screen could indicate the body going haywire, too. This song is great! I could listen to it a million times and come up with more theories 💕
