My aunt died like that she was testifying at church and when she was done, she went right to glory.

This is probably one of the only few moments where someone's death was actually serene and not frightening. He was so blessed to go out in such a peaceful way. Wow

the same thing happened to my dad. he was on revival in oaklahoma and sat down and died right after preaching. he was the pastor of bethany baptist church in oakland california. oh how i miss him so...

2012 and I’m just now seeing this. I believe that God is speaking to me now years later. My heart broke when his baby girl shared about her dad. Thank you sir for being that man of integrity and preaching about the father.

If his daughter can speak highly of him then she had a birds eye view as a constant witness to the fact that he was truly a good man

This is beautiful. Sometimes God just takes people without a fuss when their time has come. I saw one of my patients die this way once. She was singing and talking with a group of about 20 women in a recreation group at a nursing home. I found her as she was already basically gone but the two ladies sitting next to her didn’t even notice she had gone. It was like she stepped quietly from that room into heaven. I ran to get help but she was already gone before the nursing home staff could even do anything.

Though I'm not religious, I have to admit, this man died while doing what he loved, and there's honestly no better way to go than that. Rest In Peace.
