  • “Time to DELELELWHOOP-SOME ASS” is my new favorite quote for all of 2024 and will be hard to beat
  • Bugs have improved drastically over the years but damn does Spidops suck. Lokix is pretty dope though

"Quatro Three" is the perfect name for Forretress and I am shocked that I never noticed how well that works
  • Spidops is one of the cruelest jokes in the franchise. HP: 60 Atk: 79 Def: 92 Sp. Atk: 52 Sp. Def: 86 Speed: 35 Total: 404 They gave this Gen 9 Pokémon the stats spread of a Gen 2 Pokémon.
  • 12:24 if your Lokix was level 36, it would have learned Throat Chop, effectively shutting down Skelerdirge and saving you many mons in the process lol
  • I think what sucks about the Lokix loss the most is that it has Throat Chop, a move that it not only learns at level 36, exactly the level cap of Larry, but it also eliminates the usage of sound attacks. Since Torch Song is a sound attack and that's the only Fire-Type move that Nemona's Skeledirge ever learns at this point and beyond, all of those sacrifices you made to that crocodile would have been prevented very easily.

I'm 'buzzing' with excitement to watch this video.

Finally a run that uses vespiqueen and they survived their first battle, a first on many nuzlocks
  • LET'S GO! I was in fact just rewatching your Pokémon Y Poison Monotype, and was appreciating the beauty that is Scolipede. Not in this game, yes, but STILL A BUG! Loving this run, Antler!

Even if only for novelty, Spidops could've made a reasonable Bug/Normal candidate. Nine generations in and still we haven't filled out every type combo XD A great run though. Always appreciate bug types, they're such charming chaps
  • @tyrano1982
Yanmega is one of the most underrated pokemon ever.
  • @LAZERAK47V2
Well, you technically DID end the fight with Nemona in the most humiliating way possible. Poor, poor Quatrothree
  • I don’t know how they manage to make Scizor look more and more incredible, but they do

fyi there's a couple of possible Indigo Disk encounters - it's possible to find a Dewpider as low as level 50 in the Savannah or Coastal Biome, and Joltik as low as level 50 in the Polar or Canyon Biome. Probably not particularly useful, but maybe helpful for someone who's incurred heavy losses by that point and needs to fill out the team. Venonat also seems to have been entirely forgotten here, and that's in the base game lol. Kitakami has Spinarak, Volbeat, and Illumise for sack fodder, I guess. Well, Ariados might have SOME utility.
