will most likely be a badge obtained by Kinetic, due to KS and Reaper already having a lot of badges (and gloves) for them. Also due to how it's in all uppercase: "FULL POWAHHH", I could probably say that it's kinetic, due to full uppercase being used often as a sign of shouting in anger, and Kinetic is based on anger/rage (the tooltip also says it). However, now mentioning rage, could also be the Rage glove since it's very similar to Kinetic's mechanic.

I think It’s probably gonna be related to rage, hybrid or kinetic because kinetic has evolutions but the initials of each word spells out “Power” and rage glove gives you power every time you hit someone hybrid does the same but with a different mechanism but the “Only I can wield it” makes it seem like you’ll have to use one of those glove’s abilities and get something like an orb or item like jet orb or phase orb and slapple

Prediction: if tencell is asking if people want "evolutions", other words like "arcwise power" and "FULL POWER", this could mean the glove ability name will be called "Arcwise power", FULL POWER is probably the last evolution and evolution could obviously be a phase glove like kinetic,kill streak,reaper

Hmm... I think it will be something with kinetic glove (even I don't have it rn) because it's have a phases (maybe you need to get to last phase), or maybe they will add a new killstreak phase (at 500 kills maybe), I don't know about reaper. So my version is something with kinetic glove

in my opinion in order to get this badge you need kinetic and get the final phase wich then u have to use the ability, and is i think it will reward an streak glove i think

its between reaper or killstreak as no other glove has evolutions.

use fish to grab a jet orb and phase orb while its mid air in .5 seconds while a reaper hit u with 5 seconds left on the clock while a space user tries to slap u out and a ks coming in to steal the kill.

its possible that you get it by having a 50 killstreak or higher and passing it on to either 10 or 5 other killstreaks

I think it will be or a new killstreak phase or a new reaper phase

When I think of power, I think of ultra instinct but that is only half so your conclusion could possibly be right but this is my suggestion.
