    I agree with you on most things.... the L'Oréal pro glow foundation is awesome. Also I learned my lesson on palettes too. I see so many youtubers buying into the hype. I like to build my own palette with eyeshadows I know I will use. To be honest, I have gone off Mac because compared to Make up geek and Anastasia singles, they aren't as good. Essence is a new discovery for me and I am loving their eyebrow gel, mascara & pure nude highlighter which are great...I will have to try their lipsticks next!

    Hey JG. I too battle the D.D. & O skin type (dry, dehydrated and old). I discovered using rose water as a setting/replenishing mist and it changed the game for me (I also layer it into my skin care regime) The one I buy is from Community Foods called Nature's Essential Garden made in Canada and is $10$12 per bottle. I can send you a pic of the label if you wish.

    I wish I could find the perfect lipstick color. I've wasted so much money and time returning "duds". Lipstick changes color on my lips as the day goes on. Must be my skin chemistry. Sigh Good information, Julia.

    I have terribly dry skin and I struggle with foundation. Were those three suggestions all purchased in Canada?
