Preliminary setup for enormous landscapes. Stutters come from unoptimized "foliage" (rock) generation at runtime and from keeping 35 gigs of editor stuff in memory.

Overall very promising with large draw distances, not including future HLOD representations of distant terrain (right now distant terrain is just culled out).

Actual elevation differences will be 5 factors larger, right now i started the central testing zone at quite a low elevation scale (minimum to maximum), so increasing it across the board will be done when i can be bothered to re-do the central zone (since it'll be scaled up).

Long term plans are for quite a vertical map.
Current issues with the vehicle which is annoying to drive, but that'll be worked on much later (as the bespoke model gets implemented etc).
