I played and finished this game on Mame Plus+ with a keyboard on my PC. The main achievement here is not finishing the game the fastest and breaking a world record; the main goal is showing you the details overlooked for years, the location of secret prisoners and bonus points by the fastest way.

5:03 The guerrilla soldiers have the bandanna's neck colored when hitted, seems that they forgotted to repaint the shield dudes.

I regularly come back to watch your MS playthroughs. Anybody else feels like MS5 has the best music in the series?

every once in a while i come back here, back when i was a kid i would play a lot of metal slug on the ps2 with my dad specially this one. it was one of the only games my dad enjoyed playing with me we always got really hype when the avatar of evil appeared in the final mission, id give anything to go back to those days again.
