Im guessing you have to go to freadbears diner to unlock springtrap, since it hinted an abandonned building in the cutscene.

For the Old Man Consequences/Lake thing, I think it's like the drowning ending in FNaF World, where you need to repeatedly spam A and D while facing the opposite shore of the lake

Honesty I wish they could add performing animations for the animatronics it would make them more lively and new animatronics but maybe that can be a update after the game is out
