Walking around Downtown Salem, Oregon in 2020 during the daytime. We begin on Ferry St on the southern end of Downtown and zigzag and weave through the streets until we get to the Salem Center shopping mall.

Salem is about 46 miles from Downtown Portland if you travel using the straightest path down I-5 interstate

Salem is the capital city of Oregon with a population of 174,365 in 2019 making it the second most populated city after Portland. State government is Salem's largest employer.

Taken on June 24th during Phase 2 Reopening in Marion County due to the virus.

    good times I use to skate and chill at the mall downtown all the time when I used to live in salem oregon I do miss Oregon but I dont miss the rain.

    I see you avoided the rite aid downtown lol. Caught the city in a nice light. Last time I was on foot downtown I was having to step around people sleeping on the streets and almost walked through a pile of human poo. It's unfortunate, spent all my 34 years here and it's really changed in a lot of unpleasant ways.

    Saludos desde Santa Fe Argentina, acá estamos en fase 4, con un importante pico de contagios, pero a diferencia de lo que veo en Salem, acá es obligatorio el uso de mascarilla o barbijo tanto en el interior de los negocios como para circular en las calles. Ciuda muy parecida a muchas del interior de la Provincia de Santa Fe.
