That's not how you hum. Any syllable you sing like lalala, or nanana, it should be sung like talking. Your a, sounds like u, which is wrong. You need to be clear, even it's not a word. You can change syllable if you like. The common used are: La, na, and hmm. Those with an a, should be sung as a, not u. That's not humming., that is mumbling. When you do hmm, don't forget to say the letter h. I don't understand your sylable. Is it na, or ta? Ta, is only used in choirs and groups. I'm just correcting your diction. No problem with melody. What syllable are you humming?

Simply does not work at all... garbage... I hummed probably the most recognizable riff in the world next to Smoke on the Water. I hummed the riff to Whole Lotta Love... here's what it came up with: Competir Contra Mi Es Dificil by Baby Rasta, Corillo Dale by Trebol Clan and Ritmo by Krajno Garbage... LMFAO !!! In fact the long list got closest to a rock song by suggesting it was Sambonmaster by Yes... geez...
