There are 10 Mandatory Bosses to beat (and get best ending) in game Bloodborne. Video shows all 10 bosses you need to defeat in order to beat the game Bloodborne from FromSoftware. Note that the first boss you can choose between Cleric Beast or Blood-starved Beast to continue to Father Gascoigne. The rest of the boss fights are: Vicar Amelia, Shadow of Yharnam, Rom (The Vacuous Spider), The One (Reborn), Micolash (Host of the Nightmare), Mergo's Wet Nurse, Gehrman (The First Hunter), and finally Moon Presence (for best ending). In order for Moon Presence to appear, you need to consume 3 Third Umbilical Cords before fighting Gehrman. Gameplay walkthrough of every mandatory boss on PlayStation 5 (PS5). #bloodborne
