A detailed look at a very special double set which is a Target exclusive containing Training Yard with Loop & Wilson Gets a Wash.

This amazing double pack only cost me $55.20 for 64 pieces! I also have a good look over the dynamic duo Hoot and Toot.

Chuggington 'Die Cast' toy trains are very similar to the Thomas and Friends Take Along's (Take-n-Play). I have my very first look at the Chuggington Die Cast track system and uncover some alarming discoveries. This track system has some great cross compatibility and features not found in other toy train track systems.

I'm pretty sure the Thomas and Friends army will be secretly impressed with the Training Yard with Loop, it's a really fun playset to have and really adds some excitement to the toy train environment.

I can't help but say this but at 15:57 I think Thomas thought "I must go, my railway needs me." XD Also at 12:45, It must be a great feat for Spencer to turn around in mid air and reconnect to his tender like that.

A flying Thomas (15:58-16:03) LOL! My dad loves the slow motion with the trains jumping off the ramp. LOVE THIS STUFF!

I get so much joy from watching your older videos

yes, there are some aspects to the chugger track I like, it's good for high speed play and excellent for Hot Wheels / Matchbox cars
  • That chugger who got launched first was like: "Hey this is fun! WOAHMYGOD!!!!!!!"

@thomasmodelseries i would have much preferred the joined Hoot & Toot, I was a little surprised to find them as a separated pair
  • Don't count on any Awdry characters which have never appeared on TV before ever appearing in the series, in it's current state. They are missing many fan favourites like Duck at present too.

Amazing research Leo. I have to admit as a Thomas fan, the Chugginton sets do look rather fun and I agree about toys in Australia being expensive. I went shopping with my mum this afternoon just for some Christmas shopping and I found the Dieselworks set at Target for about $70.00! I found one at a different Target for about $50.00. But aside that, the Chugginton track reminds me of the old ERTL play sets back in the 90's. Anyway, hope your family have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year ;)

@ryan21hw are they joined like Hoot and Toot?

@martin0mac2000 from the Hot Wheels tubers I now know they tell me that car launcher has not changed in many years and all agree it's a very noisy item, there are two changes needed here first to make it quieter and second have it supplied with a rechargeable battery pack, and possibly the same goes for the chuggers train launcher

Nice job Leo! Dart: AAAAAAHHHHHHH! Spencer: STUPPPPIIIDDDD TENDER! Duck: CHAO MOTHA TRUCKERS!
  • @leokimvideo
@Motoskichimo1974 personally i feel the Hot Wheels aspect to this playset is the winner here, it really does change the way your play with your fav train
  • @leokimvideo
@trainguy111 well it would want to be a massive improvement on what they did to Thomas!
  • @leokimvideo
@HotShotOmega i tell you what the heavier one piece take n play's love this loop track, the new light weight ones don't have the weight behind them, i never knew Toby could fly!
  • Hoot and toot are also called shunting engines, and they are joined back to back
  • Leo, my 2 yr old loves watching your reviews! And with this one I am tempted to go out and get this set I like it very much and believe we will have loads of fun crashing the trains
