#3 on your listβ¦ oh yeah. Used to be the elder visitors wandering around driving 20 miles under the speed limitβ¦ now itβs the drivers 20-50 yrs old that operate as if theyβre in a police pursuit, changing lanes & weaving without warning, exceeding the speed limit by 20-30mph.

I just moved from San Diego to Sarasota. Pros: I live in a house with a pool. Not an apartment Cons: everything else Your mileage may vary

My friend lives in your area, he said contractors are a nightmare to deal with. Even if they do the job, he says they never clean up properly. Also, good luck even to get an initial call back, or even an estimate.

You can not have a homestead if it is not your primary residence. Mine was removed when I changed my primary residence and started renting out my house. Also the alligators are seen everywhere in Sarasota county.
