Do you have trouble paying attention? Improving your focus is a skill that can be learned by training yourself to concentrate. Concentration is key if you want to learn how to read faster. Being able to focus can also increase your comprehension rates, especially when dealing with reading tests. This video covers tips, strategies and techniques to help you focus on boring reading materials. Reading text that is not interesting presents a challenge to your focus, but even with boring material you can train yourself to boost concentration.
We've all had the experience where our mind wanders off. Sometimes we're reading and we just zone out. But you can increase your level of focus by practicing a few good habits and executing numerous strategies.
