Science Based Tips to Live Happier & Overcome Major Depression Part 1

Published 2023-03-23
I have been maintaining these scientifically proven habits for about two years now to live happier & overcome major depression. Trust me, I tried so many ways to be truly happy and this simply means increasing the frequency of feeling genuinely happy because happiness is not static. I’m not saying that I don’t have moments of self-doubt or not knowing what to do next. I absolutely still do because I’m not a robot but negative feelings and thoughts do not define who we are entirely or are not indicators of how successful or fulfilled we are in life. Negativity is a quite normal part of human nature simply because no one can think positively all the time. Not even any famous or successful people. I still let myself feel negative emotions and think negatively from time to time and it’s totally ok to cry, let it out, and feel a wide range of emotions but I do choose to control my response to everything I do whether I am in a state of positivity or negativity.

In short, I don’t let myself get trapped in a negative thinking or negative emotional state for too long and to a degree that it’s destructive to myself or others. So instead of using my energy engaging with gossiping and being sucked into one’s negativity, I use most of my free time maintaining these healthy habits despite life’s imperfections.

  • Hi ladies and gentlemen, I just want to say thank you again for all of the people who have engaged with my content. I truly value your time and support. I spent countless hours to create my videos in order to help as many people I can. It’ll also be helpful for me if you could take the time to give me some feedback about my videos. Eg. Anything that you like the most about them and what I can improve on to make better videos. The more viewers, continued support, and subs I will get for this channel, the longer this channel will stay active. Having solid audience who could join me with this personal development journey fuels me to keep going.

Man people need to see this short.. this is really it right here. I did the same thing.. I deactivated my FB in January and I haven’t looked back once. I realized it was nothing but a place for people to just end up hating each other with arguments of politics and j wanted nothing to do with it anymore. Being a musician/composer, it’s almost impossible to be creative with all the negative energy
