  • I own the B&R 2.0. The knurl is worth many times what the bar actually costs. When I lift outside of my gym, that bar comes with me. Benefits of taking Rip's advice plus owning a truck.

    "the barbell being used by lots and LOTS of very stupid people..." 😂😂😂 love this guy. reminds me of a coach i had, way back. gruff, pushed hard, amazing gains for the team. my fav ever. (others whined that he was mean. they were stupid. he was just direct and didn't fart around. plus, RESULTS.)
