Adds for the VNSH holster are all over the Internet, but does it actually live up to the hype? I'll give you my thoughts, along with a tip you won't see on the VNSH website.

For the YouTube manual reviewers:
1) This video complies with all YouTube guidelines and standards;
2) All firearm handling is done by a trained professional in a controlled, safe environment and all shooting is done on a dedicated, safe shooting range;
3) The link below is to my personal website and I do not sell, or offer for sale, firearms or ammunition;
4) This video is intended to entertain and inform. It is not intended to sell, or offer for sale, any firearms, ammunition, or accessory;
5) The firearm(s) shown in this video are completely stock and are not "previously modified" firearms.

    Have a speedy recovery from your shoulder surgery.

    Nice review...very informative and educational.

    The simple fact that you practice in such a fashion gives you an advantage. Give yourself a pat on the back. I hope your surgery went well and you have a full recovery. Thanks for posting this review
  • Thanks for this review. I have been annoyed many times by the ads for the VNSH holster and always just click away from it. I have not changed my opinion after this video, but at least I now understand the way the product works. Given my rather excessive waistline I doubt it would fit me comfortably ( yes, I am a Phat Old Man ). But I do now know that it will work with most of my carry pistols and revolvers should I change my mind and get one. Thanks again!

    Good vid, thanks.... wearing one right now trying to figure out the best way to use/wear as an EDC. Just had a break in (and stabbing) in the community the other day that could have easily been our house, so time to amp up security measures.

    Nice collection of handguns. I have 3in barrel 1911, Colt New Agent, with a trench sight, so no snagging of the front sight.very good review. Detailed, understandable, informative narrative. Snap adjustment is similar to Uncle Mikes cloth holster. Hope your shoulder surgery goes well and is successful. The VNSH holster is a bit pricey compared to to holsters with a similar design. Thanks for taking the time to do a fine review.

    I have been wearing my holster for about 3-4 months and it is one of my favorite ways to carry being a disabled male, I usually carry Ruger LCR 38 special at 10 o'clock, it works good for me.

    Thank you. I get tired of the hype that a lot of companies use!

    thank you!! this was a great video for me personally. i am build similar to you, and i will PASS on buying tis holster.

    It is a comfortable holster however I found a couple of issues. One, the retention strap needs to be a thumb break on the inside of the firearm for a more natural draw, the other is the need for a retention strap to keep the magazines in place.

    Thank you for the review sir. I think I'm going to pass on the holster though. But I went searching for it because of social media as usual I went looking for reviews first. You did get a like, a comment and subscribe.

    Mr. Range, the reason why things always seem to be "on sale" is because, regrettably, a majority of people are not very intelligent and are easily taken in by such tactics, much the same reason why we arm ourselves to begin with! Great video! I hope your surgery went well and that your convalescence has been successful and uneventful.
  • I use bellybands regularly for my EDC. I carry 8/9 o'clock as lefty. The application for me goes over the pants under a roomy shirt. I paid 30$ from Amazon on average. The VNSH holster is overpriced compared to what the market offers. I do not see any features that are unique to that holster that justify the higher cost . Thanks for sharing this very well made and detailed presentation.
