Rosicky was a player we missed at crucial time

Part of the agreement of Hein's contract renewal was that he'd go on loan, so he won't be playing second fiddle to Raya this season.

There seems to be an issue with the Spotify feed of the podcast Elliott.

I have a different take on why we are looking at midfielders that are more the late 20’s age profile, personally I think Arteta will always have at least one of these players in his midfield because centre of the park is where the brain and experience is so so key, most games are dictated by central midfield and having that experience to coach on the pitch the younger talents around them is essential and I think Mikel knows that

I think you need to sign players in their prime eg 24 to 26 and not players over prime these players are ok for now but not for the future i would rather get the first class player in his prime to get 4 years out of them😊
  • Pleasantly surprised we got 35 for Emile. Maybe its 25 with appearance add ons we may never get. Or CL win lol. Looks good for club to say 35. Hope he stays fit and does really well but if he does good luck to him; definitely a good deal and no regrets. Once an accident twoce a coincidence god knows how many times for Tommy its a conspiracy of his .. carelessness? Some folk are accident prone and its not random it has high personality correlation. Love Tommy but its way pastca shock when he gets injured.
  • Timber fitness only worry otherwise he will be excellent. When he got injured last season I said we won't win the league. Now we could have but we probably would have if he had been fit. Interesting to see how the back four are comprised and rotated . If Jesus Timber Martinelli all have good years we would be in great shape.
  • Not surprised Vieira is stock falling unfortunately. I really hope he gets his physicality and mentality. (Being physical isn't silly fouls😢) He needs to bulk a bit but his body won't allow too much. But its relishing the physical not being big. I just don't see him impressing himself on big games. He can take some minutes but still don't see it. Silva (both) have been competitive little bastards

I thought I might put a few words together for the singular reason that my views on ESR are substantially at odds with the rest of the Universal fanbase. I like everyone it seems, was seriously impressed with ESR when he was elevated to #10. However in the last 2 seasons (when playing) he has been nothing other than a ball watching ,self marking, traffic cone! Very disappointed but he should have gone 12 months ago. There I’ve said it! I wish him the very best of luck and fortune in the next phase of his career
  • Very sparse crowd. Did they over price it. Maybe it was a chance to make it cheap let folks that can't afford 350 dollars to see us against Boy United?
