Watching Arin's experiences with Super Mario 64 is like watching a train chugging alone, then suddenly derailing in slow motion.

Love how Arin spends 10 minutes collecting 7/8 red coins and then just discards all of that progress by beating the boss and getting that star instead

I am rewatching this for the 2nd time and I am just so excited because this starts off so innocent with nostalgia and love and soon we'll be descending into blind hatred and madness and I am just thrilled!

Ugh. Yet another case of Dan being amazed at seeing a game he's never seen before and an experience he's never had and what do we get? We get fuckin' Arin just playing through it all willy-nilly. Gee, never seen a standard Mario 64 Let's Play before. More of that, please. Or, hey, how about you let the guy who's never PLAYED it give it a try? Maybe give us something interesting to experience?

This is one of my favorite eras of game grumps, I’ve drifted away from gaming let’s play videos the past three years but I will always hold this era special in my heart. I rewatched so much of this era even during it.

I constantly play this series whenever I'm driving on a road trip or just need background noise. It's my favorite game the guys have ever played.
