Toadette has a cameo already actually. In the Game Awards clips, she can be seen on a poster before the go in front of the antique store.

When Peach says that there’s a lot of universes out there, I think that means Daisy and Rosalina are in a different universe. And when Brooklyn was flooding the women on the news is either a reference of Pauline or is Pauline herself

Besides my childhood favorite of Yoshi. I’m mostly hoping for Daisy. I mean if they’re going to Sarasaland, why wouldn’t she turn up?

There is also A LOT of Luigi’s mansion hints in the trailers which I’m hoping we see boos, ghosts, or even E. Gadd.

Daisy's flower emblem is in the first movie poster if you zoom in, so I think she'll make a cameo at least. Besides, someone's got to rule over the "desert kingdom".
