I feel bad for soldier boy, diminished and put down by his father, betrayed by his team, betrayed by vought, tortured and kept in cryo using a poinsonous gas, labeled a racist by MM due to an accidental killing, has ptsd without even knowing what it is, confused due to the it being the future, betrayed by butcher and then lastly put back into a box.

Soldier Boy came back to a world he doesn’t know, a son he didn’t know about, a grandson, and people who didn’t remember him. He didn’t know how to be in our time, but he would’ve learned, given time. Hope he comes back!

I hate that the writers, aka simping Seth Rogan, made MM constantly refer to Soldier Boy as racist. I understand why he hates Soldier Boy for killing his family, but it wasn't a racist attack.

Jensen nailed it,season 3 was explosive,but how butcher betrayed him, not cool,back to the cryo tank, hope he makes an appearance in season4

I loved this, you captured a lot of the PTSD that Soldier Boy goes through perfectly. Jensen Ackles is so expressive with his facial expression’s, dude doesn’t even have to talk and you understand what he is feeling.

Soldier Boy was betrayed not only by his original team, Payback, but also by his new team-ish, the Boys. In the end he was the only one that held up his deal out of the Boys. He also had the potential to probably kill everyone in that building if Hugh didn’t turn up the lights. Damn Ryan for sealing Soldier Boys fate when he laser beamed him and inevitably caused Butcher to turn on Soldier Boy.

I'm now impressed with Jensen Ackles. At basically the same time playing Soldier Boy on "The Boys" and the very, very different character of the Texas beefcake acting sheriff on "Big Sky."

He captures me every time. Makes me want to take away at least some of his pain. Jensen's just perfect for this character.

He's just so goddamned handsome. I think that he has that halo effect. I couldn't help but like him. I felt sympathy for him. And he's abusive and crass and he has some really outdated ideas, but he's just so fucking likable.

They messed up with soldier boy attaching ryan cause he hadnt really shown that personality, that and never being racist but being called racist, feels like they did it just to make sure he wouldnt be the hero and instead have everyone else be the hero
