I highly suggest going to the nearest bball court and digging every low tone within 3-4ft of the blacktop. I found 4 gold rings within 3 days of each other using this method. 2 rings were in the same hole, another one within a couple feet of the others, and the fourth at a different court. 2 weeks prior to this, I found a 14k crucifix on the opposite side of the court I found the 3 rings. I’m not big on karma but all of this happened a few weeks after returning someone’s class ring which he lost 30 years ago! Metal detecting is the best hobby ever and The legend is a BEAST!
  • Nice hunt. That pillars style appears to be from 1963 which happens to be the first year they added rounded edges to the tab to prevent cuts.

I agree you and Brian with the unusual “Florida” pull tab. How interesting that one is! It’s nice to see you out there enjoying your day with a friend while still filming. ✌🏼

That's called the U-Tab Pull Tab from 1962-1965. Also known as the Zip Top or Tab Top, this was the first pull tab used by major beverage companies. Before this, you had to punch a hole in the can with a church key.

if you are wondering how long it takes for a coin to get crusty from the sea water, take a bucket of it home and find out. You could document it on your channel every once in a while and let us know. I am sure some of your viewers would be interested as well.
