I know this post is about Pat and Reek,but It is absolutely criminal that Aaron Rodgers is on the Top 100 list of 2024 and this man didn’t even play one full quarter during the 2023-24 season!! Am I reading this right??? 🤣🤣

You can take it even further than chiefs winning without Tyreek #1 Tyreek Hill - Eliminated by Mahomes in the playoffs #2 Lamar Jackson - Eliminated by Mahomes in the playoffs #3 CMC - Eliminated by Mahomes in the playoffs Also trying to justify it by saying most players voted in December is a cop out. They were asked to vote on who are the best players, not who is having the best season. The fact that Aaron Rodgers made the list shows that they understood it wasn't based on that season alone.

The bigger issue was that outside their top 3, the Chiefs didn't have anyone else in the top 100. No McDuffie, no Bolton, no Sneed, no OL, no one.

I think the bigger issue is Aaron Rodgers is on the list. He didn't even play last season. That should be the headline. As a Dolphin fan I love that Hill got the number 1 spot. But I totally get that Pat is pissed off. He just got more moviation to win a SB and three peat.

Chris Long had an interesting take on the Top 100, which was players were forced to fill out the lists after practice and at night, when nobody cared or wanted to fill out more than about 10 players.

I just expect to see Mahomes count his ranking on his fingers again sometime this season.

Seems like a bad system. If the results aren’t unveiled till now, why not just electronically send it to everyone after the superbowl and collect results a month later. Seems weird that you can vote in November

This list was voted on in November 2023. Tyreek was on pace to set a new league record and Mahomes was struggling.

The purest form of irony here is that the 3 people in front of him Pat beat on his way to repeating as SB champs. Haha The Chiefs locked down Tyreek in both the games they played last year. Lol. He didn't get squat against the Chiefs.
